An important tool in our strategic toolkit is our quality assurance policy, which guarantees that we meet and maintain the level of quality required by our clients. The core of our quality policy is maintaining and continuously developing a quality management and military quality management system that accompanies our services from the start of the commission until the completed handover, and/or continuous operation. This allows us to maintain and strengthen our partners’ confidence in us, and also allows us to build relationships with new customers.

The management of the company is fully committed to meeting the expectations for the quality of our services. The quality of our services is influenced by the needs of our civil and military clients, and we also take into account the framework created by legislation, standards and safety rules, and the elements and materials used in modern technology. The management of MEGA-LOGISTIC Zrt. is committed to introduce and clarify the quality policy to our employees.

We deliberately strive to continuously improve all of the above. A fundamental part of this development is informing our suppliers about our management systems and requiring them to have a certified system, or if that is not possible, then to accept our fundamental quality principles and meet our requirements. In accordance with our mission and approved quality policy, the management of the company commits to creating, implementing and maintaining this approach at every level of the company. We expect our employees to understand and accept this approach, to continuously apply it during their work and prove their commitment to quality and our company. This ensures that our company meets the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015, MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015, NATO AQAP 2110:2016, MSZ ISO/IEC 27001:2014, ISO 45001:2018 international civil and military standards, and at the same time guarantees the satisfaction and confidence of our partners and the long-term survival of our company. The scope of the civil and military quality management system covers our head office, our company seat in Kaposvár as well as the designated operational sites and work areas.
